When you signed for your property we will have provided you with you rent payment dates. For all properties, you have the choice of setting up a direct debit when you sign your tenancy agreement or you can supply three post-dated rental cheques for your instalments.
There is also the option to pay your rent in advance for the year prior to the start of your tenancy.
Should you be relying on your student loan to cover your instalment and there has been a problem with you receiving this on time, we may be able to delay banking your cheque for a couple of days until this has been resolved. Please note however that we require at least 1 week's notice in writing prior to your instalment date for us to be able to do this. If you do wish to do this, please send us an email at your earliest convenience with a copy of your student loan finance document showing the anticipated arrival of your loan.
