First things first, you need to make the important decision of how many people are going to be in your group, once you finalise this you then need to discuss how much you can each afford to spend.
Once you have this finalised you are then ready to begin the search for your perfect property.
During the current Coronavirus pandemic, we are trying to carry out the vast majority of initial viewings remotely in the first instance.

We also have video tours available for a range of properties.
As you have a browse through our site, make a note of the properties which you feel meet the criteria for your group, we think it is a good idea to select a couple of properties to view. Once you are set on your choices, discuss in your group when you are all most likely to be free to come and have the viewings. Please note we often advise that full groups come to view to minimise the amount of disruption to our existing tenants so please try and ensure every member of the group is able to come on the day. Give us a call on 01142726006 or email us at info@mafstudents.co.uk to book your viewing, we will ask that you arrive at our office prior to the viewing and then we will accompany you to the property. We ask that you do not just turn up at the property and knock on the door as we like to keep things as professional as possible.
Please note during the current Coronavirus pandemic all tenancy agreements will be signed electronically. We'll be available to take you through any questions you may have by phone, Whatsapp or email.
Once you have viewed and decided on your property, you will need to give us a call to arrange an appointment to come in and sign for the property, again please try and organise this on a day and time that will suit all members of your group. We usually require a majority of members of the group to pay your security deposit which will reserve the property for your group.
Our properties go live in October for the next academic year and our viewings take place from 11am – 5pm Monday – Friday and some occasional Saturdays by appointment only.
